It is unreasonable to implement this structure using only a single slider with Model No. 15. A typical linear slide block features four rows of ball bearings that provide full-length support along its approximately 80mm travel range, resulting in excellent rigidity. In contrast, our company’s roller-type slide blocks feature a four-point linear-contact structure, which is inherently different in design. Therefore, the shaking or jittering observed in the video is, from a structural perspective, a normal phenomenon. It does not indicate a product defect; rather, it is a result of the way the device is being used. A standard design should employ either two or four roller sliders in combination to ensure stable operation. Traditional linear guides require lubrication and tend to generate significant noise at high speeds. That’s why we developed this roller guide system as a replacement.
